Steps for Success

1. You’ve already taken the fist step by reviewing the information provided in these pages.
2. Download and complete the biographical profile. Help us learn more about your goals and investment objectives and assess your personal and financial resources available for the project you are considering.
3. When we receive your biographical profile, we will forward you a copy of our current Uniform Franchise Offering Circular which contains a detailed analysis of the opportunity. It contains copies of contracts and financial statements, itemized expenses, initial investment costs, and much more. We recommend you share this document with anyone whose counsel you value, such as an attorney and/or certified public accountant. We encourage you to study this document and develop a complete understanding of what will be required of you as a frachisee, and what we at MosquitoNix® will provide as the franchisor. During this phase we will be in contact with you to make sure our goals and objectives are compatible. We encourage your questions. Just ask!
4. You may be asked to complete a business plan which helps us understand your grasp of the project and insures your goals and objectives are consistent with our own plans for development.
5. Upon acceptance by the executive committee you will be invited to come to Dallas and tour our facilities, meet our staff, and discuss your project in detail. The executive committee will meet on your project following your visit. When your project is approved, you will be notified and mailed execution copies of our agreements. We will then schedule a closing date either in your market or at another meeting at our office.
