We go the distance when it comes to our employees!

MosquitoNix® has both an in classroom and field training program that takes about six weeks to complete before becoming a certified sales or technician professional who can work with our mosquito mist systems.

It doesn't stop there! We continue to develop our employees throughout the year with on-going performance monitoring, goal setting and plan of action. Each employee is reviewed and put through continued developmental training annually to ensure an opportunity to both perform at a high level and advance within the company.

Each MosquitoNix® employee is thoroughly screened and tested for competence within their scope of work. MVR reports are pulled annually as well as background checks to ensure clean and responsible staffs are on your property.
